Quick Bites 122's website is built and run by Plaum. This page explains what Plaum does to make it usable by everyone, where the limits are, and how to tell us about a problem.

Our commitment

Plaum builds this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

How we check it

We check every built-in theme and the main types of page with automated accessibility tests.

Known limits

Some parts of this site are outside what Plaum's testing covers:

• Text and images that Quick Bites 122 adds, such as dish descriptions and photos.
• Card payments, which are handled by Stripe.
• The bot check that protects the order and booking forms.
• Maps.
• Videos from YouTube.
• Delivery partners' websites, such as Uber Eats and DoorDash, which open when you order through them.

Report a problem

If something on this site is hard to use, email support@plaum.co. Please tell us:

• the page you were on;
• the device and browser you used;
• any assistive technology you use, such as a screen reader or a magnifier.

Plaum fixes problems with the website itself and passes problems with Quick Bites 122's own content on to the restaurant.
